Helen Gibson

I trained in VIG over 27 years ago when VIG was initially introduced into the UK. As a Family Therapist and Systemic Supervisor I spent many years delivering VIG to family’s within the NHS. In addition I used VIG to support staff development within hospital and residential settings.
I am now am independent VIG trainer and supervisor and also the AVIGuk Training Lead, working to maintain standards of practice and develop CPD opportunities. I offer supervision to individuals within many settings including education, social care, NHS and private contexts. I am particularly interested and passionate about supporting whole family and organisational systems and currently manage several VIG projects where all or many team members are training in and delivering VIG including within CAMHS, Flying Start and Social Care.
I predominantly offer training and supervision on line but am open to travel for in-person training
