Caroline Feltham-King

I am a very experienced, enthusiastic and encouraging VIG supervisor who enjoys guiding the learning of others from a wide range of work contexts to achieve practitioner, advanced practitioner and/or supervisor status with AVIGuk.
Training and supervision is offered face-to-face or online, to best suit each learner's needs. Queries are welcome and a free initial consultation is always offered prior to setting up a contract that gives a clear framework for working together well. I trade as Reflect and Grow Psychology.
Since training in VIG twenty years ago while working as an Educational Psychologist, I have designed bespoke staff training packages, published VIG and VERP research, developed project work to embed VIG into organisations and often led on AVIGuk Initial Training Courses and accreditation events.
I also offer VIG and VERP to families and professionals in Education, Health or Social Care across Wessex including the Isle of Wight. I have particular interest in supporting parents, carers and educators to promote secure attachments and effective learning for children in, from or on the edge of care and/or with additional learning needs. I love seeing how VIG brings new insights and hope for the future.
